Watch Deutsche Welle (DW) Live from Germany

DW (Deutsche Welle TV) is the public German international television channel of Deutsche Welle. Deutsche Welle’s news and information-oriented program went on air on April 1, 1992 as the successor to RIAS-TV and is distributed via satellite. The production location for the DW television program is Berlin – from the buildings of the former AEG small engine factory on Voltastraße in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen. On February 6, 2012, Deutsche Welle underwent a complete relaunch and has since appeared on all channels only as DW. In addition, the television program was fundamentally revised.

DW (Deutsche Welle TV) ist der öffentlich-rechtliche deutsche Auslandsfernsehsender der Deutschen Welle. Das nachrichten- und informationsorientierte Programm der Deutschen Welle ging am 1. April 1992 als Nachfolger des RIAS-TV auf Sendung und wird über Satellit verbreitet. Produktionsort für das Fernsehprogramm DW ist Berlin – aus den Gebäuden der ehemaligen AEG-Kleinmotorenfabrik in der Voltastraße in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen. Am 6. Februar 2012 unterzog sich die Deutsche Welle einem kompletten Relaunch und tritt seitdem auf allen Wegen nur noch als DW auf. Zudem wurde das Fernsehprogramm grundlegend überarbeitet.
