RTV Slingeland is the local broadcaster in the municipality of Winterswijk.
Slingeland FM is the radio part of RTV Slingeland. Slingeland FM originated from the pirate Baccara and merged with the health broadcaster Studio XYZ on January 18, 1996. The music format used is largely pop music, but there are also various programs that have a different genre. The broadcaster has had its own television channel since October 1, 2010.

Slingeland FM is het radiogedeelte van RTV Slingeland. Slingeland FM is ontstaan uit de piraat Baccara en fuseerde op 18 januari 1996 met de ziekenomroep Studio XYZ. Het muziekformat dat gehanteerd wordt is voor het grootste gedeelte popmuziek, maar er zijn ook diverse programma’s die een ander genre hebben. Sinds 1 oktober 2010 heeft de omroep een eigen televisiekanaal.
Vanaf juli 2021 is RTV Slingeland verder gegaan als 1Achterhoek. Dit is een samenwerking met A-FM en Gelre FM.
